सौर ऊर्जा सहायता योजना Solar Energy Assistance Scheme

 1.योजना का नाम.  सौर ऊर्जा सहायता योजना 

2. योजना का उद्देश्य. 

     योजना का उद्देश्य भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड के पंजीकृत 

लाभार्थियों श्रमिकों एवं उनके परिवार की उर्जा प्रकाश आवश्यकता पूर्ण करना है इससे 

ना केवल उनकी  कार्य कुशलता में वृद्धि होगी बल्कि उनके आश्रित बच्चों के अध्ययन

 में सहायता मिलेगी तथा आश्रित एवं परिवार के जीवन स्तर का भी उन्हें न होगा

 वर्तमान में पूरे विश्व में कार्बन उत्सर्जन से पांव पर हो रहे प्रभाव पर चिंता व्यक्त है

 अतः ग्रीन हाउस गैसों के प्रभाव को कम किए जाने के लिए लगातार बल दिया जा

 रहा है इस योजना में  क्रियान्वयन  से ना केवल श्रमिकों के जीवन में परिवर्तन होगा

 अपितु वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा के प्रयोग से कार्बन उत्सर्जन शुन्य होगा जिससे सामान्य

 जन में इस प्रकार के सकारात्मक प्रयोग को बढ़ावा मिलेगा

3. पात्रता.   

                इस योजना के अंतर्गत सभी श्रमिक पात्र होंगे जो

 भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड अंतर्गत लाभार्थी श्रमिकों के

 रूप में पंजीकृत हैं एवं उनका अंशदान अधिकतम जमा हो पंजीकृत श्रमिक 

श्रमिकों को किसी अन्य योजना के अंतर्गत सोलर लाइट लालटेन का लाभ प्रदान

 किया गया हो तो इस योजना के पात्र नहीं होंगे जिन आवेदकों के बच्चे 

कक्षा 9-12 के मध्य अध्धयनरत हों, उन्हें वरीयता दी जायेगी।

4.  हीत लाभ.  

              पंजीकृत लाभार्थी श्रमिक जो अधिनियम के अंतर्गत होते हैं को

 सोलर लाइट प्रदान करने हेतु नोएडा उत्तर प्रदेश को बोर्ड द्वारा शत-प्रतिशत 

अनुदान के रूप में एकमुश्त धनराशि का भुगतान किया जाएगा उन्हें पंजीकृत

 निर्माण श्रमिकों को अच्छी गुणवत्ता की सोलर लाइट लालटेन एलईडी उपलब्ध

 कराई जाएगी जिससे सूची क्षेत्रीय में श्रम कार्यालय द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश नोएडा को 

दी जाएगी योजना में निम्न प्रतिबंध लागू होंगे

1. सोलर लाइट लालटेन प्रदान करने हेतु निर्माण श्रमिक को किसी भी धनराशि

 का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा समस्त भुगतान नोएडा उत्तर प्रदेश को किया

 जाएगा.

२. पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिक को सोलर लाइट लालटेन संपूर्ण जीवन काल में केवल एक

 बार दी जाएगी यदि पति और पत्नी दोनों निर्माण श्रमिक के रूप में पंजीकृत है तो

 सोलर लाइट लालटेन अनुदान योजना का लाभ उनमें से केवल एक व्यक्ति को ही अन्य होगा.

३. सोलर लाइट लालटेन में यदि कोई कमी अथवा खराबी आती है तो इस हेतु लाभार्थी

 सीधे नोएडा उत्तर प्रदेश से संपर्क करेगा सोलर लाइट के रखरखाव की संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी

 संबंधित लाभार्थी की होगी वनरक्षक का समस्त वला भारती को स्वयं देना होगा उत्तर

 प्रदेश भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड को इस संबंध में कोई उत्तरदायित्व नहीं होगा.

४. सर्विस चार्ज का भुगतान लाभार्थी श्रमिक को सीधे लेना होगा

                      पंजीकृत निर्माण श्रमिक द्वारा निकटतम श्रम कार्यालय अथवा संबंधित

 तहसील कार्यालय या तहसीलदार कार्यालय अथवा निकटतम विकास खंड कार्यालय खंड

 विकास अधिकारी एवं किसी भी पंजीकृत कार्यालय को निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर आवेदन पत्र दो

 प्रतियों में प्रस्तुत करना होगा आवेदक को प्रार्थना पत्र प्राप्त करने वाले अधिकारी द्वारा 

प्राप्ति तिथि अंकित करने हेतु प्राप्ति रसीद दी जाएगी.

 आवेदन पत्र के साथ संबंधित श्रमिक द्वारा लाभार्थी श्रमिक के पंजीयन की प्रमाण पत्र की

 सत्यापित प्रति संलग्न करना अनिवार्य होगा

 They will get help and the standard of living of the dependent and the family will not be there

 At present, there is concern about the impact of carbon emissions on the feet all over the world.

 Therefore, there is a constant emphasis on reducing the effect of green house gases.

 It has been that the implementation of this scheme will not only change the lives of the workers.

 Rather, carbon emissions will be zero through the use of alternative energy, which will lead to normal

 This type of positive experiment will be encouraged in the public.

3. Eligibility.

                All the workers will be eligible under this scheme who

 For the beneficiary workers under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board

 Registered workers are registered in the form and their contribution is maximum deposited.

Provide benefits of solar light lantern to workers under any other scheme

 If done, the applicants whose children will not be eligible for this scheme

Preference will be given to those who are studying in class 9-12.

4. Heat Benefits.

              Registered beneficiary workers who are covered under the Act

 100% by the board to Noida, Uttar Pradesh to provide solar lights

A lump sum amount will be paid as a grant to those registered

 Good Quality LED Solar Light Lantern Available to Construction Workers

 So that the list will be sent to Uttar Pradesh Noida by the labor office in the regional

The following restrictions will be applicable in the given scheme

1. Any amount to the construction worker for providing Solar Light Lantern

 All payment will not be made to Noida Uttar Pradesh

 will go.

2. Solar Light Lantern to the registered construction worker only once in his entire life time.

 Bar will be given if both husband and wife are registered as construction workers.

 Only one person will get the benefit of Solar Light Lantern Grant Scheme.

3. If there is any defect or defect in the solar light lantern, then the beneficiary for this

 Noida will contact Uttar Pradesh directly, will take full responsibility for the maintenance of solar lights

 The concerned beneficiary will have to give all the responsibility of the forest guard to Bharti himself.

 The State Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board will not have any responsibility in this regard.

4. The beneficiary worker will have to pay the service charge directly.

5. Application Process.

                      Registered construction worker by nearest labor office or concerned

 Tehsil Office or Tehsildar Office or Nearest Development Block Office Block

 Apply on the prescribed form to the Development Officer and any registered office

 The applicant will have to submit in copies by the officer receiving the application.

An acknowledgment receipt will be given to indicate the date of receipt.

 Certificate of registration of the beneficiary worker by the concerned worker along with the application form.

 Attested copy must be attached
