The Bloody Daddy movie revolves around the character of Frank, a wealthy businessman who appears to have it all - a successful career, a beautiful wife, andadorable children. However, things take a dark turn when Frank is revealed to have a cruel and abusive side, particularly towards his eldest daughter, Sarah.




As the film progresses, it becomes clear that Frank's abusive behavior is rooted in his own traumaticpast. His own father was abusive towards him and his siblings, and Frank had never really dealt with the trauma. Instead, he tried to bury it by throwing himself into his work and focusing on material success.




Despite Sarah's attempts to reach out to her mother and her siblings, no one believes her when she shares the truth about her father's abuse. In fact, Frank is so charming and charismatic to the outside world that most people refuse to believe that he could be capable of such cruelty.




One day, Sarah can no longer take it and decides to confront her father. In the ensuing confrontation, Sarah is injured and Frank realizes the extent of the damage he has caused to his family. He finally faces his demons and seeks help to overcome his abusive tendencies.

Bloody Daddy is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar who co-wrote the film with Aditya Basu and Siddharth–Garima, and produced by Jio Studios. It features Shahid Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal, Ankur Bhatia and Vivan Bhatena.[1] It is the adaptation of 2011 French film Sleepless Night,which itself got an Indian remake before in Tamil language as Thoongaa Vanam (2015), starring Kamal Haasan.[2][3]
