कर्मकार की नवीनतम फोटो अधिकतम 50 KB तक अपलोड रखें |
Declaration Form को डाउनलोड करें फिर भर के अधिकतम
200 KB तक अपलोड करें तभी स्कीम के लिए आप पात्र होंगे
आधारकार्ड और बैंक की डिटेल्स फॉर्म भरते समय अपने
पास रखें और सही डिटेल्स भरें |

OTP वेरिफिकेशन और पासवर्ड के लिए

मोबाइल नंबर अपने पास रखे |

फैमिली की डिटेल्स नामिनी के लिए अपने साथ रखें |
उचित डिटेल्स सही से भरकर आवेदन करें | तभी स्कीम के लिए आप पात्र होंगे |
आवेदन भरने के बाद 60 रुपया का भुगतान ऑनलाइन अथवा

ऑफलाइन चालान के माध्यम से करें |
ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने पर आपका सर्टिफिकेट तुरंत

UPSSB में रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के लिए UPBOCW मे रजिस्ट्रेशन

नही होना चाहिए | UPBOCW में रजिस्ट्रेशन की स्थिति में

UPSSB में एप्लीकेशन स्वता निरस्त मानी जाएगी |
