Photo ID is mandatory for registration. Vaccine will not be given without online registration. कोरोना वैक्सीन लगवाने के लिए ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना होगा। रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए फोटो पहचान पत्र अनिवार्य है। ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के बिना वैक्सीन लगाई जा सकती है। Required Documents (Any One / निम्न मे से कोई एक) :  Aadhaar card  PAN card Voter ID Driving license Passport Passbooks issued by bank/post office Health Insurance smart card issued under by Ministry of Labour Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) job card Official identity cards issued to MPs/MLAs/MLCs Pension document Service identity card issued by central/ state government / Public limited companies to their employees Process for Registration 1. A total of 4 people can be registered on one mobile number. एक मोबाइल नंबर पर कुल 4 लोगों का रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जा सकता है। 2.  In order to register for the Vaccine shot, you have to go to the important link section provided below. वैक्सीन शॉट के लिए पंजीकरण करने के लिए, आपको नीचे दिए गए महत्वपूर्ण लिंक अनुभाग में जाना होगा। 3. Now, you will be redirected to Cowin Platform, and now you have to Enter your mobile number and click on “GET OTP (one-time password)”. अब, आपको कोविन प्लेटफॉर्म पर पुनर्निर्देशित किया जाएगा, और अब आपको अपना मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना होगा और “ओटीपी प्राप्त करें (वन-टाइम पासवर्ड)” पर क्लिक करना होगा। 4. After verification, the “Registration for Vaccination” page will open, here you have to provide your personal details i.e.  Photo ID proof, Photo ID Number, Name, Gender, Year of Birth. सत्यापन के बाद, “टीकाकरण के लिए पंजीकरण” पृष्ठ खुल जाएगा, यहां आपको को अपना व्यक्तिगत विवरण देना होगा यानी फोटो आईडी प्रमाण, फोटो आईडी नंबर, नाम, लिंग, जन्म का वर्ष। 5. In the final, you will have to make a schedule appointment, in which you have to choose your Nearest State, District, Block and then book it. फाइनल में आपको एक शेड्यूल अपॉइंटमेंट लेना होगा, जिसमें आपको अपना नजदीकी राज्य, जिला, ब्लॉक चुनना होगा और फिर उसे बुक करना होगा। 6. After booking the vaccine slot, a message will arrive on your registered mobile number having the full details of your vaccine shot’s center name, date & time etc. वैक्सीन स्लॉट बुक करने के बाद, आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर एक मैसेज आएगा जिसमें आपके वैक्सीन शॉट के सेंटर का नाम, तारीख और समय आदि की पूरी जानकारी होगी। 7. Now, after getting the vaccine shot successfully, uh will get the dose wise Provisional Certificate for COVID-19 Vaccination. अब, वैक्सीन का सफल शॉट प्राप्त करने के बाद, आपको COVID-19 टीकाकरण के लिए खुराक के अनुसार अनंतिम प्रमाणपत्र मिलेगा। For More Details Must Read the Official Notification.
